On the first day you fail. Pull yourself up and get it together even tho you feel bad. On the second day you fail. tell yourself it is okay to fail and try again..on the third, fourth, fith, six, seventh, eighth and nineth day of failing. Keep repeating it because on the 10th day there will be no failiure, and thats because you didn't give up.
